DPA and CPR started our day today. We then finished watching Multiplication Rock and did another multiplication drill. (0-5 again.) The fours then worked on a sheet looking at the multiplication chart and the fives worked on two digit by one digit multiplication and the sixes were introduced to decimal multiplication. Read aloud was before recess. After recess, the students checked out the accuracy of their partners maps for the “Wear” in the world assignment. I also went around to check the endangered species notes. Tomorrow I will work with a few students on completing their notes. We started a discussion looking at Canada’s Asian trading partners. It was no surprise that China is Canada’s number one trading partner in Asia. (Most kids clothes came from some Asian country.) After lunch, students were able to work on their passion projects. These projects are due next Thursday. The students ended the day in French class working on their projects.
