A reading assessment started our morning. While students were reading for me, the other students were to be working on reading their novel for their novel study and working on the problem and summary that is due next Monday. Read aloud was before recess. After recess, the students could be working on their First Nations Self Government assignment that is due tomorrow or their nervous system short and snappy that is due on Wednesday. After lunch, we corrected the bingo and cookie sheet and then students were given the shape stumper sheet to work on in math. If they did not finish this sheet they will have some time tomorrow afternoon to work on it. We ended the day in the gym playing floor hockey.
