CPR started our day today. We then headed to the gym to do the last of our square dance unit plus a Mexican Hat Dance for good measure. When we got back to class I read the story entitled, Sorry. It talked about apologies and how to make sure that you are making a good one and also realizing that sometimes the person accepting your apology may not be ready to do so. We discussed many of the question from the end of the story and this brought us over time until after recess. The students then had time to answer the three questions that I put up on the board. These questions will be due next Thursday. We then did a math4today and looked at another tree diagram problem before lunch. After lunch, we looked at the United Nations Rights of a Child. The students were to pick the one that they thought was most important and write it at the top of the page, in the middle of the page it should have a picture of what the article meant to them and at the bottom their own meaning in written form. This will be due next Friday. The students ended their day in French class.
